Straight Shooter Coffee is based in Waco, TX home of the Baylor Bears.
When you place an order, it goes into a roasting queue. Each day that we roast, all orders for the same product are roasted together, packaged, and shipped out of our facility within 6 hours of completion. This assures that your coffee is as fresh as possible when it reaches your door.
We cover shipping on orders over $100 within the continental USA.
Normal roasting and shipping time takes 3 to 7 days and we do our best to maintain that level service, however, due to COVID-19 precautions delivery services are working with a smaller staff in order to protect their employees, please allow up to 15 days to receive your order. Please note that orders containing coffee and merchandise items will arrive seperately.
Consumables such as coffee or other food items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged in transit may be returned provided that a photo of the damaged item is sent to beanmaster@straightshootercoffee.com Once we receive the photo, we will contact you to make arrangements for a replacement item. Merchandise must be unopened in original packaging. Please contact us at the above email address to allow us to assist with a resolution.
We do not collect VAT/GST, brokerage/administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
You may cancel your order up to the time we begin the roasting process. This normally happens between 12 hours and two days depending on the number of orders in the queue, however, there may be times when an order arrives in our system within minutes of the start of a roasting cycle, in which case it would not be cancelable.

You cannot tell the Peruvian dark is decaf. The taste is exceptional. It has a dark full bodied flavor. Great for an evening coffee that tastes like the real deal.

The shipping time on this order was excellant. We received our order within a couple days is ordering. Then we tried our new coffee beans . Put them in the grinder and it smelled so good! Poured our first cup and the taste was really smooth. No aftertaste. Hands down the best coffee - Cowboy Blend

I have been drinking Community brand coffee since I was 11 years old (I am 67). I have not found anything I have liked more than Community (and I have tried many coffees) until now. The Cowboy coffee has a similar blend as Community coffee, but is just so superior in body, freshness and flavor that it blows away every coffee I have ever tried. It is a bit expensive so I will be buying it only on occasion and drink it as if I were drinking a very fine wine, slowly and savoring every sip as long as I can.
